Now I know that I work better in smaller groups after doing a dancing tasks with Nogo. I found this out after going in a big group and then a smaller group. I now know that I work better in small groups because in the big group I felt surrounded and small and for me it was hard to communicate and when I was in the small group I felt like I could breath and get work done because we could talk and work things out easier.
I have learnt all the ways to be a team leader including being humble. Being humble means letting other people talk and respecting their ideas. A humble person does not think they are humble.
we also learnt what the acronym TRUMP means
T- Thinking
R- Relating to others
U- Understanding
M- managing self
P-Participating and contributing
which is the opposite of what TRUMP does lol.
That's cool! I think I like working in smaller groups too.
